The pillow is soft and comfortable. A bit lower than the one with corners on the other sides. I prefer this one to the one with corners. The one with corners is a bit higher and harder. The cover can be washed.

Was weary this would work, but it has helped immensely. Ai ve stanosis is the cervical spine and was waking with a numb neck shoukders and back of scalp, since using this pillow thatbhas stopped.
