Shipping

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping methods and charges available for your order. Review any delivery estimate shown there before paying. Shipping options depend on your destination and the items in your cart.

If you need an item for a specific date, email umairkhansahibzada@gmail.com before ordering to ask about availability and delivery.

30-day return window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email umairkhansahibzada@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can review the issue.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 15 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.

For an exchange, return the original item first and make a separate purchase after the return is accepted.
